A Chartered Accountant with rich background in Audit, investigation, Tax and Consultancy services of close to 25years experience. He acquired professional training with one of the foremost International Chartered Accounting firm, BDO Balogun Badejo & Co Chartered Accountants from 1988 where he was exposed to specialize Audit, Accountancy, Taxation, Investigation and Management Consultancy services for clients in different sectors of the economy before leaving the firm in September 1995.
Before establishing Tunde Adaramaja & Co, he had worked with Sovereign Investments Limited, a finance and investment company and IMB Securities Plc as head of Treasury & Marketing. He also worked as a Manager in the corporate development department of the Nigeria Security Printing & Minting Company Limited.
Tunde Adaramaja attended the prestigious Comprehensive High School Aiyetoro Ogun State; he is an Accountancy graduate of the Federal Polytechnic Ado- Ekiti and a Master in Business Administration (MBA) degree holder of the Ogun State University. In addition to being a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, he is also an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria and Associate of the Nigerian Institute of Management.

Arti Tuteja has a Masters degree in Social Work from the M. S. University, India. Additionally she has a diploma in Human Resource Management. Arti’s experience spans over seven years in the Human Resource Management field. During the previous employments in Manufacturing and IT consultancy she has overseen the human resource functions in these organisations.
Arti moved to Nigeria and joined Phillips Consulting Limited (one of the leading consulting firms in Africa) in March 2001. She rose to the position of senior consultant before resigning in November 2004. She has experience in the areas of recruitment, training and development, performance management, rewards and recognition. Moreover, she has been involved in designing and facilitating various workforce developmental programmes. Arti has hands on experience of conducting Employee Attitude Surveys, Competency Assessment, Designing Training plans, designing induction programmes, HR and strategy retreats, competency developments.

Senior Consultant
Mr. Olabisi Oni is an Economist, Financial Analyst, Banker and Stockbroker. He is a graduate of University of Lagos with an M.Sc degree in Monetary Economics in 1991. He has had over 18 years extensive experience in banking, strategy, economic research and financial advisory as well as investment/portfolio analysis and management.
An outstanding and highly resourceful person with thorough understanding of the Nigerian economy and the interrelationship of the financial services industry, Mr. Oni has, at various times worked in Financial Derivatives Limited (an upscale portfolio management firm) and FBN (Merchant Bankers) LIMITED as Head of Business Development.

As a capital market analyst, Mr. Oni is involved in structuring capital market deals and advising corporates on finance and financing issues. He is a trainer and facilitator of top management renewal and repositioning initiatives as well as value added in-house programmes.
